The FFUK League has grown significantly in recent years and each year we think it won’t get bigger, and can’t get any better, but it does. That is thanks to you guys for getting involved. So without further ado….

THE FFUK LEAGUE IS LIVE FOR THE 2017/2018 SEASON!!!

If you have been with us before, Welcome back! We hope you enjoyed your summer break. You should be automatically re-entered into the league once you have logged in to fantasypremierleague.com and set up your team for the season ahead.

For anyone who is new to the league – here’s a BIG FFUK Welcome! It’s great to have you on board, please make yourself at home. You can check out this website for all the info you may need about the league and if you have any questions please let us know.

Please arrange payment of your £10 entry fee to your agent. If you are unsure who your agent is then please see the player lists at the bottom of this post. If in doubt, feel free to contact us. Then just sit back, relax and get ready to enjoy what promises to be the best FFUK season yet!

WHAT’S NEW THIS SEASON?

Agent system

We have developed an agents system over the years which works really well and we are expanding it this season. Entry to the league has always been by invitation only, so everyone in the league knows at least one other.

This is your opportunity to get your friends/family/colleagues involved right now! We have an email that you can send out to any contacts who might be interested, copy us in so we are in the loop and your work is done. We will be sending this email out to anyone who has been in the league before and it will contain the code for the FFUK mini league.

Please remember, if you get 3 or more new managers into the league we would like you to become an agent. This is easy, all you have to do is collect the £10 prize entry from each of your players.

New Contributors League

This season we are introducing a NEW Contributors league which should provide that lovely little bit of extra rivalry. Invitation to this FFUK Contributors League is open to everyone who wants to get involved whether it be as a member of our WhatsApp group or as an agent, perhaps you want to contribute articles, or join in one of our videos. The prize entry for this league will be £5 and is sure to add a whole new level of fun to the game! Alongside this league there is already a Head to Head League running with the FFUK team, and if you want to get involved in this next time round, you’ll need to make your presence felt!

Rules

There are a number of minor changes to the rules which are all detailed on the rules page, most notably that the BEST GW SCORE will include hits deductions from now on, and that players will need to calculate this themselves. For an in depth look at the ins and outs, see the RULES page.

What else is new?

If league numbers increase as expected, then we will be concentrating on increasing the prize money in the Top 10. We also have the option of introducing new prizes for this season and would love to hear your suggestions if you have any? Now is the time to get your ideas over. We will be chatting with our regular contributors over the next weeks to gain insight into what the FFUK community would like to see, so get your suggestions over. All of this is obviously dependent on getting increased numbers in the league. But don’t worry we have a couple of surprises up our sleeves too!

What about all the old stuff?

Don’t worry we will still be having usual goodies including the GW Reviews, Pete’s regular analysis plus loads of other posts from some of the best FFUKers in the business. Both Cups will also be back with live draws once more for the FFUK Cup. Both the Best Gameweek Score and Manager of the Month are back once again too!

We will also have Steve’s regular GW Stats, the WhatsApp group and everything that entails (sign up if you think you can handle it!), plus the Facebook Group, Twitter, YouTube…

Both of the videos FFUK WITH US and MEET THE FFUKers will also be back too – let us know if you want to get involved. Tim’s H2H league is back too with his epic GW reviews now in the Whatsapp group and so is Last Man Standing. Is that enough for you?

Next up we will be looking at the game itself, with special focus on the new “Free Hit” chip, plus player prices, any rule changes and all the fun stuff to come! Welcome back FPL!!!
