WELCOME TO THE GW REVIEW – NUMBERS
This week its all about the numbers, the stats, the digits, the numerals, the data, the tally. What ever you call them they are pivotal to our success or failure in this game.
What’s the best song about numbers i hear you shout? I was close to going for the De La Soul classic, but that has been used in the past, before i remembered this beauty by the legends that are Toots and the Maytals, it certainly brightens up any gloomy week. No one scored 54 points but Steven Almond (192nd) scored 46 so i guess this is something.

The numbers in this review are mostly from today’s dossier. But let’s start with the team of the week, how are those numbers looking:
Salah (16) and Haaland (16) both top scored this week meaning for most of us we had a good captaincy return. As you can see by the image below that meant that 175 of us didn’t have a disaster (unlike last week). And it did mean we had some big scores. If you went for anyone else then you probably regretted it.
Now for some more numbers…
In the FFUK league Richard Green (210th) top scored with 102 points and was one of only 2 FFUKers to make it into the 100 club. Ameet Shah (128th) sneaked in with 100.
Biggest riser in the league was our Steve Cronin (87th) who moved up a whopping 54 places in the league.
Biggest faller was Philip Dewsnap (135th) as he slipped down 60 places in the league.
Sachin Patel (44th) currently leads the way in the MOTM standings with 189 points from Lewis Bell (14th) with 186 scored so far. One GW to go.
In terms of transfers in the league the most successful managers were Alex Smith (94th) who made a 17 point profit on his move (Maddison and Burn out, Martinelli and Tsimikas in). Daron Russell (201st) also made a 17 point profit shipping out Maddison and Udogie for Bowen and Saliba.
At the other end of the spectrum Chris Smith (62nd) made a net loss of 18 points with his moves shipping out Tsimikas (ouch), Alvarez and Cash for Baldock, Watkins, Lascelles.
Lascelles was the most transferred in this week with 13% of FFUKers making the move to get the Newcastle captain in. Maddison was the big seller with 40% of the league selling the Spurs no. 10.
Marcus Holford (187th) is currently the man who has picked the best captains so far this season (246 total captain points is 12 better than the next best.

Our league leader, Jason Beale (1st), is still storming ahead and is currently 86th in the world, incredible prowess.
Stuart Allen (182nd) has the most valuable squad at 104.4m whereas Jonty Cooke (160th) has the least valuable at 99.2m. Richard Harrison (152nd) has the most money in the bank with 8.6 saved for a rainy day.
That’s enough numbers. We have an eviction to confirm.

One eviction this week and the score that goes is 58 which is pretty darn respectable most weeks. That means the number is up for Matt Page Chatton. You have been evicted. Time to concentrate on the league.
This is it for this week, thank you all for reading. Another reminder to sign up to our stats service if you haven’t already.
Enjoy the international break and good luck for GW13.
Look after yourself and each ffuker.
