Welcome to the GW24 REVIEW – LOVEFOOL
Happy Valentines FFUKers! As I send this review out on a day that certainly splits opinions… I ask a simple question, were you a Lovefool this GW (Didn’t Captain Haaland, Benched Saka and or Saliba, had Areola in goal, ignored Jota, Diaz or Darwin even with a DGW next as well) or were you an average score of 62, beating Mr (or Mrs) Lover Lover and serenely throwing around green arrows like rose petals and champagne chocolate truffles to your better halves?
A big shout out to Arsenal on a very impressive performance, Areola let in 6 goals and still managed 2 Save points, this kept him out of negative equity. Declan Rice very much turned the FFUKing screw on his old employers with a whopping 17 point haul, the 19 people in the game who Triple Captained Declan Rice this week are certainly no Lovefools!
So let’s look at the Mr Lover Lovers this GW, massive shout out to James Prebble who narrowly missed out on the 100 club toping the scoring charts with a very impressive 96 points.
I hate to do it but I’m going to give Daron Russell a mention on 94 points with a hit factored in as well. Our very own Chris Galloway propping up the best of the rest you’ll see with 89 points.
Now let’s look at the top of the league – Our very own Junglist Mark Tarbox and Hot Tub Jason Beal are having a proper ding dong at the top, Shaun Bremner is still hanging onto their coat tails but there is a gap starting to appear from 4th now!
Time to finish on the biggest Lovefools of the GW – that’s right the 7 unlucky Conts below who have been evicted fom the Conts league thanks to the Valentines Day Massacre!
Joseph Colliass, Jonathan Morgan, Neil Goodwin, Adam Aloof, Jake Walker, Steve Cronin and Stu Lord are all EVICTED!
Simon Chatten was one lucky Cont living to fight another day by virtue of his superior bench score! It shows you how much of a cruel mistress The Conts can be when 4 of the evictees scored more than the GW average!
