BACK TO WHAT WE KNOW…
The EPL is back to what we know. We had a 0-0 (between two poor teams 😏) Every game was close apart from the Top 2 (CAZOO Boys) in the league got beaten comprehensively. Every other game was either a Draw or Won by 1 goal. Less than 20 goals this game week. The EPL is so boring and predictable!
This week will be remembered for the PPV boycott and the rejection of project ‘Big Picture’. I’m am not gonna get ranty or go on about this. My question is; should we EMBRACE the future of our game?
I suppose Bamford’s Hat trick was impressive. He is only the second player to score against Villa this season. Apart from that it was forgettable IMO.
It’s good and rare not to complain too much about VAR. Note I did say too much- not none, especially Chelsea fans.
OFFICIAL FPL DREAM TEAM AKA KINGS OF THE GAMEWEEK
I had only one of the above players and stumbled to a score of 51 points. The average this week was 48. In FFUK 113 Captained Salah and 55 Kane. Although Kane did get an assist, Salah’s blank left many of us scrambling for points.
The best FFUKer this week was Rob Latuske– 1flewoverlakakusnest. Bamford, Son and Zaha made a killing and his cheeky BB was good for 18 points
Salah’s wondergoal upset many people (myself included) when VAR ruled it offside.
I feel a bit for the people who had double Villa defence and/or Bamford on the bench. We had some amazing bench scores.
FFUK TOP 20
Top of FFUK is still Clayton Deakin– Pathetico Madrid (33). He is now joined by Jon Bryant – The Business (39). Clayton and Jon had the lowest scores in the top 20 with 33 and 39 respectively. In fact Clayton’s score of 33 is the lowest in the top 90 of FFUK.
The top scorer in the top 20 was Chris Ward’s– Yellow Army with a fantastic 91 points. He had Bamford C, Son and Zaha
A real variety of scores this week a 90+ and two in 30’s in just the top 10.
I’m clinging on to a place in the top 10. Aston Villa are 3rd. As far as I am concerned i’ll take that at the end of the season.. please!
CONTS EVICTION
This week unlucky CONT is Steven Coffen – Sol Decampo with 31 points. Unlucky Steve it was a tough week. Until the last game so many people could have gone. Also we had a self removal which is why this week only had one eviction. (If we had two Jamie Davis- Dzeko & the bunnymen (33) would also have gone).
