So we decided to do the final gameweek review of the season slightly differently.

CONFIRMED PRIZES
That means we have some prizes to announce the old fashioned way, written on the internet, as the fantasy gods would have wanted.
But before we do that I’d like to say thanks to each and every one of you for getting involved this season, this league grows year on year but only with your help so thank you for that. I also want to give special thanks the FFUK admin crew who have really stepped up this year as Pete and I needed help to keep this thing afloat, whether that was with reviews or stats or just helping with ideas and organisation. Plus the WhatsApp group for keeping us all relatively sane during a tough year. And of course Bakes for all his cup efforts, as you will see below it’s a really good spread of prizes this season which is what we set out to try and achieve. Oh and one more thing… Its been emotional. It really has, thanks for all the nice messages last night too, still cant believe it really.
Ok now for the important bit, let’s confirm all the prizes. Starting with the league and monthly weekly prizes before moving on to the the cups and then side games. Andy Heath (167th) wins this by scoring 89 points in the final GW. He took 2 hits but that didnt matter for this prize of £50
FFUK Cup
In the FFUK Cup Congratulations to Mark Leathem who beat Steve Cronin to win the cup. Congratulations to Mark wins £200 and Steve wins £100. The 2 semi finalists Malek Mansour and myself win £25 each.
MILK PLATE
Well done to Chris Smith who defeated James Simpson in this final. Chris wins £125 and James wins £50!
FFUK CHAMPIONS LEAGUE
Congratulations to Mark Storrar who wins the inaugural FFUK Champions League defeating Theo Allen in the final. Mark wins £100 and Theo wins £50.
THE CONTS
Pete Cronin was crowned King Cont last GW and wins £250 plus a £50 donation will be made in his name to Football Beyond Borders. Congrats Pete on this one!
FFUK H2H
Steve Cronin wins 1st prize of £100. Daron Russell take 2nd prize of £60 and James Downie takes 3rd worth £30
JUNIOR FFUK TROPHY
Congratulations to Theo Allen who wins this league for the 2nd year in a row and is now the Junior FFUKer to beat! Samuel Baker finished 2nd and Joseph Reid was 3rd – Well done to all the Juniors this season!
(UPDATE) FFUK FANTASY CHAMPIONS LEAGUE
We ran a little Champions League mini-league and Matt Reid (£60) won this one with myself (£20) in 2nd. Only 8 in this mini-league but we will run it again next season, hopefully with more people involved, and its the same app as the Euros below, which is a really fun tournament format if you haven’t played before.
