We need an End of Season Do!
We didn’t get one last season and its been a tricky last year for so many reasons. I think a lot of that is down to the fact we couldn’t have a good shindig last summer.
The plan originally was to go to Bournemouth and watch the Euros last summer. So that is still the plan (sort of)… Keep reading to find out more and then let us know if you can make it. We are off to the seaside!
We have a booking at the Brewhouse and Kitchen in Southbourne (very near Bournemouth) from 4.30pm on Saturday 3rd July!

It wasn’t easy to get a booking, apparently there has been some sort of pandemic and now there are lots of silly rules we have to get round. But we have a booking. For 14 persons. It was the best I could get. I’m thinking of it like a FPL squad, except there is no auto select and i’m ignoring the back up GK of course, who wants to be a back up GK?
Places are limited! There has been some interest already and we already have the makings of a good squad. Myself and Pete will of course be there along with some top FFUKers. Local lads Roni Friel and James Simpson have already put their beach towl down. Bakes is in there too. Then more big guns in JPC, Daz and JDS. What a squad already! That leaves 6 spots to fill. ONLY 6. First come first served but please, as spaces are limited, if you say you will attend then make sure you can, if you need to cancel ahead of the day then please do ASAP as we may well have a waiting list, although I will try and book another table if there is demand.
On the day there are two massive Quarter Final matches, the first kicking off at 5pm and the second at 8pm – fixtures TBC. Join us for one or both. I’ve requested some sunshine but we are undercover if the great british summer lets us down and we have a couple of big screens to watch the games on! Ive even heard a rumour that they do 9 pint self-pour Tritons – what can possibly go wrong?!?
